JULY 2011 Dream Dinners Menu

ALL AMERICAN BEEF KABOBS WITH GARLIC RICE
We’re marinating our tender kabob meat in a flavorful combination of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano, balsamic vinegar and, for that fresh burst of flavor, a little lemon zest. These kabobs are ready to be skewered at home, grilled and served with our garlic infused rice.

CALIFORNIA CHICKEN WITH FETTUCCINI
Tender all natural chicken breasts are sautéed to a golden brown, then simmered in a unique and savory cream sauce with mushrooms, onions, and ground walnuts. Served over fettuccini, this dish is easy to make and sure to bring smiles to everyone at the dinner table.

KENTUCKY PORK CHOPS
Our boneless pork chop recipes always get great reviews and we created this one in true southern style. We rub the chops in a blend of spices sweetened with brown sugar, then brush them with a smoked glaze flavored with molasses. You'll caramelize these to perfection in less than 15 minutes!

SUMMERTIME PASTA WITH CHICKEN
The fresh taste of summer fills this chicken and pasta dish. You’ll love the flavors and ease of chicken mixed with lemon, garlic, capers, fresh green onion, herbs and pasta. Our precooked pasta allows you to simply blend and bake in just 30 minutes! No boiling water and draining of pasta needed!

GREEK ISLAND SHRIMP WITH PASTA
This meal is as beautiful as it is delicious. Your family will love the rich marinara sauce that surrounds tender shrimp mixed with tangy Feta cheese and tree-ripened Kalamata olives. Serve over pasta for a quick and easy homemade meal. For a healthier option ask for whole wheat pasta where available.

FIRECRACKER BEEF SLIDERS
Fun and festive! These smaller burgers have the spark of heat making them irresistible to stop at eating just one. You will have 2 per serving! Great for an outdoor family dinner or event. Happy Birthday America!

CRISPY FRENCH ONION CHICKEN
Our crispy French onion coating on the outside and tender and juicy chicken on the inside was such a hit we’re bringing it back. Everyone loves this fun and easy dinner.

BAKED FISH & CHIPS WITH TARTAR SAUCE
Flakey Pacific cod filets are lightly crusted, baked to a golden brown and served with our special tartar sauce, flavored with dill and capers, for a fun twist on the traditional sauce. This is a real family favorite when served with crispy oven baked chips (fries).

GRILLED PICNIC CHICKEN
Brought back by popular demand with bigger and better chicken. 8 pieces of chicken are delicious hot or cold, making it the ultimate portable dinner. Our bone-in chicken pieces include breasts, thighs and legs marinated in a lush Asian BBQ sauce infused with the flavors of raspberry, orange, garlic and hoisin. It’s a subtle sauce that takes this chicken from ordinary to extraordinary!

SWISS BACON BURGER WITH TANGY BBQ SAUCE
Truly the ultimate burger! 1/3 pound of thick and juicy beef burgers are perfect for backyard grilling or your next camping trip. Our premium beef is mixed with real bacon and a special blend of spices, then topped with slices of Swiss cheese, served on a toasted bun, and a dollop of our creamy BBQ sauce.

PARMESAN PESTO SALMON WITH CHEESE CRISPS

One of our most requested dinners! Our tender, boneless chicken breasts are cooked until golden brown, then topped with a savory mushroom and Marsala wine sauce. Serve with a side of fluffy, home-style mashed potatoes (provided) and you have a restaurant quality meal you can serve at home.

SESAME MARINATED FLANK STEAK (6-serving ONLY)
We have combined our favorite flavors with our tender prime flank steak. Marinated in Asian flavors of soy, ginger, green onions and sesame seeds this is an easy dinner to cook on the grill and beautifully serve.

TUSCAN TURKEY MEDALLIONS WITH SAVORY GARLIC VEGETABLES (6-serving ONLY)
Dream Dinners created this fabulous recipe for these bacon wrapped turkey medallions. Rubbed at home with a savory pesto of sundried tomatoes, rosemary and balsamic vinegar, they are healthy, moist and delicious, whether grilled or broiled.
